I was delighted to hear Nora The Explorer being reviewed on Dublin City FM’s Christmas Book Show by Dr Mary O’Kane from Perfectly Imperfect Parenting and Katy from All About Books.
Both reviewers shared generous and thoughtful reflections about 'Nora The Explorer' highlighting its usefulness for parents faced with the horror of headlice.
"This is about the moment every parent dreads ... the discovery of headlice. It's a way of turning what is a common parenting (absolute) headache into a fun story."
Hearing the book discussed by such respected voices in children’s literature and parenting made the moment especially meaningful.
"This book is actually beautiful."
Being included in a festive programme dedicated to celebrating books was a wonderful honour, and I’m grateful to Dublin City FM, Dr Mary O’Kane, and Katie for their support of Nora The Explorer.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Nora’s journey — there are many more adventures ahead!
